The Offset House is a villa designed for a family of six, at Plant Doctors Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

With two generations of the family being arborists, the concept of Offset House was developed to connect the nature outside with the residence.

​

It features a form created with offsets to house eco-zones with trees and water-bodies, along with a dynamic fascia that symbolised the natural growth of a tree. A screen of terracotta jali hides in the middle linking the two protrusions that make the facade.
